1. Change-of-mind refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days—as long as the plug-in hasn’t been activated.

Go to go.kumbengo.com/feedback and use the email you used at checkout. We’ll refund your original payment method within five business days.

EU/UK customers: If you purchased the product, you agreed to waive your 14-day cooling-off right under local law.
 

2. Technical-issue refunds

Already activated the plug-in and something’s not working?

Go to go.kumbengo.com/feedback and include:

• your OS and DAW version

• any screenshots or error logs

We’ll try to fix the issue with you. If we can’t get it running within seven days—not counting any time we’re waiting for your reply—we’ll refund you in full.
 

3. What’s not refundable​

Costs outside our control (like bank or FX fees). We refund the net amount we received—some banks charge extra for currency conversion or cross-border payments

We review every request within 48 hours.
