The Kumbengo X Ben Aylon Collaboration
We didn’t generate these rhythms out of nowhere. We recorded hours of real playing with percussionist Ben Aylon, one of the most respected Afro-inspired drummers out there, and built the entire plugin on top of his feel. Every groove that comes out of Afro-Percussion carries some part of Ben’s playing: his timing, his dynamics, his instincts. This was never about creating just another beat tool — it’s about capturing a personal living, human groove and giving producers access to it.
